Role Overview The SDR plays in managing and overseeing the lead conversion process. You will act as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, qualifying and converting leads to support our growth objectives Key Responsibilities Include but not limited too Handle both outbound and inbound customer calls. Set appointments between brokerages and our sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in the CRM system. Demonstrate high-quality customer service by addressing brokerage needs and concerns. Meet or exceed individual lead conversion and appointment-setting targets. Develop an in-depth understanding of the US insurance industry to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients. Key Skills and Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a similar SDR role. Proven success in client engagement and lead conversion. Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot Strong communication skills in English (C1 level minimum). A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to rapid changes and ambiguity. Goal-oriented with a focus on driving results. A customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs. Collaborative and a team player, capable of working with both marketing and sales teams.
