Role Overview: We are seeking a high-energy and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our business growth. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team with potential clients looking for IT services and digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and social channels. Research and identify potential clients within target industries and markets. Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives or Sales Managers. Maintain active engagement with leads through follow-ups and nurturing sequences. Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to track activities, manage pipeline, and report on performance. Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns. Understand Pentoz’s service offerings and clearly communicate value propositions. Stay informed about market trends and competitors to enhance outreach strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in IT/Tech). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence in cold calling and client outreach. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. Self-driven, results-oriented, and organized. Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions (training will be provided). Preferred: Experience working in a SaaS or IT services environment. Knowledge of industries like Fintech, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Manufacturing. Prior success in hitting outbound lead generation or meeting targets.
