Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the leather garments industry and existing connections with brands, retailers, wholesalers, private labels, and industry buyers.
This is a fully commission-based role, suitable for someone who already understands the leather industry, knows how to find serious buyers, and can bring real business opportunities to the company.
This role is more like a business partnership opportunity. If you can bring orders, clients, or long-term manufacturing partnerships, you will earn commission on successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for:
* Finding and approaching potential clients in the leather garments industry.
* Connecting with fashion brands, motorcycle gear brands, retailers, wholesalers, startups, and private-label businesses.
* Generating qualified leads and converting them into business opportunities.
* Using existing industry contacts and relationships to bring new clients.
* Understanding client requirements for leather jackets, motorcycle suits, gloves, vests, fashion leatherwear, and custom leather products.
* Presenting Millard Group of Industries as a reliable manufacturing partner.
* Coordinating with the company team regarding client requirements, pricing, samples, and production possibilities.
* Building long-term business relationships with buyers and brands.
* Following up with leads professionally and consistently.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Has strong experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
* Has extensive knowledge of leather garments, leather apparel, or motorcycle leather gear.
* Already has connections with leather brands, fashion brands, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or private-label companies.
* Understands OEM, ODM, custom manufacturing, and private-label production.
* Knows how to hunt new clients and close business deals.
* Can work independently without constant supervision.
* Is confident in communicating with international buyers.
* Has a professional network in the leather, fashion, motorcycle gear, or garment industry.
* Is motivated by performance-based earnings.
Product Line Knowledge Preferred
Experience or understanding in the following categories will be highly preferred:
* Leather jackets
* Motorcycle leather suits
* Motorcycle gloves and boots
* Leather vests
* Fashion leather garments
* Custom leather apparel
* Private-label leather products
* OEM and ODM manufacturing
Compensation
This is a commission-based role only.
The Sales Executive will earn commission on successful orders, confirmed clients, and long-term business deals brought to the company. Commission structure will be discussed based on the type of client, order value, and business potential.
