We're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our software solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders. Work Nature: Remote Timings: 7 pm to 3 am Pakistan Standard Time Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle for software solutions Identify and qualify prospects through cold outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up Conduct software demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations Collaborate with solution engineers and technical teams for complex implementations Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools Negotiate contracts, pricing, and licensing agreements Build relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and technical decision-makers Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas consistently Provide market feedback to product development teams Required Qualifications Software Sales Experience: 5+ years of B2B software sales experience (SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solutions) in the Fintech industry, especially in POS/Kiosks sales. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles Understanding of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, usage-based) Knowledge of implementation processes and technical requirements Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with sales methodologies, Contract negotiation, and closing expertise Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) Excellent presentation and demonstration skills Core Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Customer-focused mindset with consultative approach Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote
