JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts by following up on enquiries and providing timely support.
Conduct product introductions, presentations, and demonstrations using provided materials.
Support the full sales cycle, including initial consultation, order processing, and after-sales coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
Ensure clear communication and proper documentation throughout all sales processes.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Candidates with engineering-related sales experience are preferred.
Entry-level engineering graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
