Position Summary: We’re seeking a technically proficient and customer-facing Sales Engineer to support the sales team by presenting technology solutions, responding to RFPs, and translating customer needs into actionable proposals. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical teams and clients, ensuring that proposed solutions are both viable and valuable. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and qualify technical requirements. Conduct client meetings, demos, and technical presentations to showcase Pentoz’s capabilities. Analyze client needs and design tailored IT solutions that align with business objectives. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and prepare technical documentation and solution proposals. Serve as the technical point of contact during the sales process and assist with solution architecture. Work with delivery and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide pre-sales support and occasionally post-sales handovers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Solution Architect role within IT services or SaaS. Strong understanding of modern IT solutions: Cloud (AWS/Azure), Web/Mobile Development, AI/ML, DevOps, APIs, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience working with tools like Figma, Postman, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent. Familiarity with proposal writing and technical documentation. Preferred: Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or relevant technologies. Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or agency environment. Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and international clients. What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
