We’re currently looking for a Sales Representative to join us in a fully remote role. About the role As a Sales & Business Development Specialist at B&G, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and spreading the value of our consulting services. You’ll work closely with our business development and operations teams to: Identify and qualify leads through various channels Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls Present B&G’s services clearly and confidently to decision-makers Schedule and participate in discovery and sales meetings Manage and update our CRM with lead and opportunity information Follow up regularly to build long-term relationships and close deals Requirements Has 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development Is self-motivated, proactive, and can work independently Has excellent communication and presentation skills (English is a must) Is tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms Is passionate about the consulting industry and eager to learn Benefits 100% remote work — work from anywhere Flexible working hours Commission + base compensation structure Growth opportunities within a fast-evolving firm A supportive and collaborative team environment
