Role Overview: We are looking for a high-performing SaaS Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our Software-as-a-Service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in SaaS solution sales, deep understanding of the software buying cycle, and the ability to manage mid-to-enterprise client relationships across multiple verticals. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and convert leads for Pentoz’s SaaS products and platforms. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution presentation, demos, pricing discussions, and closing deals. Understand client challenges and articulate how our SaaS solutions meet their needs. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine value propositions and drive pipeline. Deliver compelling product demos tailored to industry and role-specific use cases. Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in CRM systems. Work closely with pre-sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and customer satisfaction. Keep up with SaaS market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to influence roadmap and sales strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. 3–7 years of successful experience in SaaS sales , B2B solution selling , or cloud software sales . Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive SaaS environment. Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, MRR, CAC, CLTV). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo). Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making processes. Preferred: Experience selling SaaS solutions in industries like fintech, healthcare, education, or retail. Exposure to API-based platforms, AI-driven SaaS, or low-code/no-code solutions. Experience in a fast-growth startup or IT services/SaaS hybrid company.
