We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across our South Asia territory. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives on building long-term customer relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and collaborating across functions to deliver solutions that meet complex customer needs.

What You'll Do

🔹 Drive Sales Growth and Expand Market Presence

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the South Asia region.
• Identify, target, and win new business opportunities to achieve territory growth objectives.
• Support global key accounts within the territory while sharing market insights across the global sales organization.
• Consistently utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities, forecast accurately, and maintain account activity.
• Follow up promptly on marketing-generated leads and ensure customer needs are effectively addressed.
• Promote Oliver's products and capabilities through customer meetings, industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and networking events.
• Build relationships with organizations serving healthcare manufacturers to expand Oliver's influence within adjacent industries.
• Attend regional industry association meetings and represent Oliver as a trusted partner in healthcare packaging.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to identify emerging product opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives.
• Develop territory-specific strategies for target accounts and multi-year business opportunities.
• Gather competitive intelligence, uncover pricing targets, and position Oliver's value effectively.
• Tailor presentations and sales approaches to various stakeholders, buyer personas, and healthcare applications.

🔹 Strategically Manage and Retain Accounts

• Develop a deep understanding of customer markets, business strategies, financial performance, and purchasing cycles.
• Manage account forecasts and support annual budgeting and planning processes.
• Monitor and communicate competitor activities and market developments.
• Maintain exceptional customer relationships and consistently deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage lead follow-up activities and maintain accurate marketing and customer databases.
• Translate customer specifications and requirements to internal teams, including manufacturing, engineering, production planning, and graphics.
• Partner internally to negotiate delivery schedules that meet customer expectations while balancing operational requirements.
• Expedite urgent customer requests and communicate schedule changes effectively across the organization.
• Capture, document, and track customer concerns and complaints in accordance with established procedures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers while balancing business objectives.

What You Bring

✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field

✔ 7+ years of successful business development or consultative sales experience

✔ Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and growing strategic accounts

✔ Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-year opportunities

✔ Strong presentation, communication, and business writing skills

✔ Excellent negotiation, influencing, and closing capabilities

✔ Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and business applications

✔ Ability to work effectively across cultures and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience

✔ Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare packaging, or related healthcare industry experience

✔ Experience supporting global accounts and coordinating across international teams

✔ Demonstrated success identifying new market opportunities and expanding customer relationships

✔ Experience working in highly regulated industries
