Gamma Pegassi is a technology-driven company founded by engineers to build practical, reliable, and AI-integrated business solutions. We work on custom systems, workflow automation, dashboards, web and app platforms, and smart operational tools that help businesses run more clearly and efficiently.
We are currently expanding our business network and looking for independent Referral Partners / Business Development Partners who can introduce us to companies that may need technology, automation, AI, or operational systems.
Role Description
This is a remote, flexible, commission-only partner role. You will help Gamma Pegassi identify and introduce potential business clients. Your role is to source qualified leads, make warm introductions, and help us start conversations with decision-makers.
Gamma Pegassi will handle discovery, demos, scoping, proposals, technical delivery, onboarding, and support. You earn commission when a referred client signs and pays.
This is not a salaried employee role at the beginning. It is best suited for people with a strong network, sales mindset, or access to business owners and decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential client companies that may need software, automation, AI, dashboards, CRM, operations, or business management solutions.
- Reach out to business owners, founders, general managers, operations managers, or department heads.
- Make warm introductions through WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, calls, or direct meetings.
- Share basic context about the lead, including business type, pain point, urgency, and contact person.
- Submit leads through our simple lead form or agreed tracking process.
- Coordinate introductions between the client and Gamma Pegassi’s team.
- Optionally join discovery or follow-up calls when helpful.
- Represent Gamma Pegassi professionally and avoid making unsupported promises about pricing, delivery timelines, or product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong network or ability to source decision-makers (owners, founders, GMs, heads of ops/IT).
- Clear communicator with solid follow-through and organization.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis as an independent contractor.
- Basic understanding of tech services (CRM, automation, dashboards, AI) and how they benefit businesses.
- Proficiency with common communication tools (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets).
- English required; Arabic is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
- Has access to business owners, founders, managers, or decision-makers.
- Comfortable reaching out to companies and starting business conversations.
- Good communicator with strong follow-up.
- Understands basic business problems around operations, sales, customer service, inventory, reporting, or automation.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
- Organized enough to track leads and updates.
- English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
Preferred Background
- Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, referrals, business development, marketing, or account management.
- Existing network in restaurants, cafés, retail, clinics, real estate, logistics, services, or SMEs.
- Familiarity with software, SaaS, CRM, ERP, dashboards, automation, or AI tools.
- Based in Egypt, UAE, KSA, or connected to businesses in the MENA region.
Compensation
This is a commission-only independent partner role.
- 10% commission on the first paid deal for each client you refer.
- Higher commission may be agreed for partners who actively qualify leads, join calls, and help move the deal forward.
- Commission is paid after Gamma Pegassi receives the client’s payment.
- Payout method can be bank transfer or mobile wallet, depending on availability.
- There is no fixed salary at the start.
- After consistent closed deals and strong performance, a monthly retainer or more formal sales role may be discussed.
Example:
If a referred client signs a paid project worth EGP 50,000, a 10% commission equals EGP 5,000 after payment is received.
