As Office Operations Coordinator, you will be the go-to person who keeps our Helsinki office running smoothly and our teams well-organised. You'll play a hands-on role across office administration, event coordination, HR support, and company communications — ensuring that the day-to-day operations work seamlessly so our engineers and experts can focus on decarbonising heavy industry. In this permanent role you will be based in Helsinki, Finland and report to Noora Holappa while collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The position is offered initially as a six-month fixed-term contract , with the intention to continue in a permanent role based on mutual fit.
