Offer Operations Specialist

Skylup is hiring a part time Offer Operations Specialist to join our team remotely.

We are an adtech company specialized in incentivized traffic, and this role is ideal for a student or for someone looking for a serious part time opportunity in the industry.

We are looking for someone detail oriented, curious, agile, and genuinely interested in understanding user behavior.

After onboarding and training, you will be responsible for launching offers, understanding each user flow in depth, and helping us present offers in the clearest and most effective way possible.

This is not just a task execution role. We want someone who can think. Someone who can understand what the user sees, what the user needs to do, where the friction is, and how to make the offer more attractive and easier to understand.

You will also be exposed to new internal features, tools, and updates on a regular basis, so flexibility and adaptability are very important.

What you will do

Launch offers after onboarding and training.

Understand the full user flow of each offer before launch.

Write clear and accurate offer descriptions in excellent English.

Think deeply about how to make offers more appealing to users.

Work with high attention to detail and maintain quality at scale.

Adapt quickly to product changes, new features, and new internal processes.

Use AI tools to support writing and operational work.

What we are looking for

Excellent English writing skills.

Strong attention to detail.

A serious interest in adtech and user behavior.

Ability to understand flows deeply and think from the user perspective.

Comfortable working in a fast moving environment with frequent updates.

Comfortable using AI tools for writing and daily operations.

Able to work independently and take ownership.

Experience in adtech, affiliate marketing, mobile offers, or performance marketing is strongly preferred.

Experience in rewarded or incentivized traffic is a huge plus.
