Job Summary: National Sales Manager (Surveillance Systems) Role Overview Position : Full-time National Sales Manager focused on hunting new business opportunities. Location : Based in Brisbane with Work From Home (WFH). No office in Brisbane other than operations centre at Brisbane City Council premises Core Focus : Selling surveillance systems primarily for public transport sector. Key Responsibilities Pursue new business opportunities from clients who havent had a lot of attention in last 10 years for upsell/new business, prioritizing Brisbane and Far North Queensland (FNQ). Manage major clients, including the two largest in Western Australia (WA). Initial emphasis on Queensland, with expansion opportunities nationwide. Expect 50-60% travel (on the road); must enjoy travel. Obtain and maintain security licenses in relevant states. Requirements "Hunter" mindset essential for aggressive sales. Industry experience not required, but technical knowledge of networks and systems advantageous. Compensation Base salary: Up to $130,000. Uncapped commissions on a sliding scale (1.5%4%). Car allowance: $15,000.
