Full-Time | $80,000 Base + Bonuses (OTE $150,000–$180,000+)

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of our sales function — driving performance, growth, and culture across our sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining coaching, data-driven performance management, and personal contribution to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed KPIs

Conduct 1-1 coaching and performance reviews to optimise individual results

Manage and track key metrics, sales pipelines, and conversion data

Personally close high-value sales and model best-practice selling

Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives

Collaborate with the CEO to align sales strategy with business goals

About You

Proven experience in sales leadership (preferably in coaching, training, or personal development industries)

A hands-on leader who loves developing people and building high-performance teams

Strong understanding of data, CRM tracking, and sales performance metrics

Confident closer with exceptional communication and influencing skills

Goal-driven, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
