What You'll Do Own the Monthly Close Process Serve as the project manager of the monthly close cycle, coordinating across Accounting, business leaders, and the FP&A team against a structured business-day calendar Manage the month end reporting deliverables, ensuring data integrity before executive narrative is finalized Maintain daily contact with Accounting on close status, preliminary actuals, and open items Produce and distribute monthly Budget vs. Actual packages for business leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, G&A, and Sales Lead Business Leader Engagement Serve as the primary Finance point of contact for business leaders throughout the forecast cycle — scheduling and running review meetings, collecting inputs, and following up on open items Validate business leader forecast submissions against historical patterns and financial assumptions, escalating risks to the FP&A Director Draft forecast variance commentary and narrative summaries for CFO and executive review Drive Forecast Coordination Coordinate the consolidation of expense and revenue forecast inputs across the FP&A team, ensuring clean handoffs and a single source of truth ahead of CFO review Partner with the Senior Financial Analyst on bookings, churn, and deal timing assumptions, serving as the first-pass validator before Director approval Maintain version control and documentation discipline across forecast iterations Improve the Process Lead a monthly retrospective on the close and forecast cycle — identifying what broke, what slipped, and what to improve the following month Own continuous improvement of business leader templates, forecast documentation, and close calendar processes Contribute to a culture of operational excellence in a team where every cycle is an opportunity to get better Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in a PE-backed, high-growth SaaS or healthcare technology environment Demonstrated ownership of a monthly close and forecast cycle, including cross-functional coordination with Accounting and business leaders Strong financial modeling skills in Excel; experience with ERP or CPM platforms (NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or similar) a plus Familiarity with SaaS metrics — ARR, churn, net revenue retention — and how they connect to financial reporting and forecasting Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field This role is preferably based in the Philadelphia with options to reside in NJ and NYC areas with expected occasional travel to Philadelphia.
