Taltran Global has been exclusively engaged to identify an FP&A Manager for a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization entering its next phase of expansion and operational transformation.

This is an opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth. The company currently generates more than $350M in annual revenue and is positioned to scale toward $650M+ over the coming years. As the organization continues to expand, leadership is investing heavily in finance infrastructure, reporting capabilities, forecasting processes, and business intelligence tools to support the next phase of growth.

The FP&A Manager will work directly with executive leadership and partner closely with the CFO to help build and scale the company's financial planning and analysis function. This individual will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, strategic planning, and business decision support across a complex and evolving multi-entity environment.

Unlike many traditional FP&A positions that focus primarily on maintaining existing processes, this role offers the opportunity to help create, improve, and standardize the financial planning infrastructure that will support the organization's long-term growth strategy. The position provides meaningful exposure to executive leadership, strategic initiatives, and high-impact projects that influence business performance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models used to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Develop executive reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting for senior leadership
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with department leaders to provide financial insights and support business performance initiatives
• Support board, lender, investor, and executive reporting requirements
• Assist with strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business growth initiatives
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation efforts across the finance function
• Support acquisition integration activities and financial planning efforts related to new business initiatives
• Help establish scalable FP&A processes and reporting frameworks for a rapidly growing organization

What We're Looking For

• 5-10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related experience
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
• Experience owning or heavily contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across multiple functions
• Experience operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with changing priorities
• Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with a high degree of ownership and accountability

Highly Preferred Background

• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, business services, engineering, construction, distribution, infrastructure, or other operationally intensive industries
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-business unit organizations
• Exposure to private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisition-oriented environments
• Experience participating in acquisition integrations, strategic initiatives, or transformation projects
• NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, or similar ERP and reporting system experience
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or other advanced finance credentials are a plus
