Your role within the team Reporting into the Director of FP&A, this role will provide operational support to the business leaders and oversee financial analysis for the US Health & Happiness brands within the portfolio including Zesty Paws, Solid Gold Pet, Swisse & Biostime and additional brands as they launch in North America. Duties and responsibilities Review the contracts and control minimum pricing levels. Escalate when margins are below acceptable levels; follow up bidding process and ensure that pricing is satisfactory Be an active member of the local Finance Management team, ensure that all decisions follow the Ethics Policy and are the most cost effective Explain monthly variance to the local managers on revenue, margins and opex Support promptly Management on ad hoc requests Coordinate budget and monthly forecast to ensure accuracy of the numbers reported in the forecast with the figures approved by the Management team. Responsible for the Revenue, Opex, Working Capital Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related financial analysis roles Experience supporting consumer goods, CPG, healthcare, wellness, or multi-brand organizations, preferred Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills Demonstrated ability to analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, and working capital performance Experience partnering cross-functionally with business leaders and senior management to support strategic decision-making Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning/reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Adaptive, Anaplan, NetSuite, Power BI, or similar tools) Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial performance to non-financial stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment Experience supporting Amazon, eCommerce, or omnichannel retail businesses, preferred Local team members will be required to work on-site (in our Orlando, FL office) 3 days/ week.
