Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism Schedule appointments and manage patient records effectively Provide accurate information regarding services and procedures Assist patients in navigating our online systems and resources Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely responses to patient needs Document interactions and maintain accurate patient records Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software Prior customer service experience is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting
