Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in a contract-based, remote capacity. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion, identifying high-potential clients, negotiating high-value contracts, and accelerating revenue growth.
You will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from market analysis and strategic presentations to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. Operating remotely with a high degree of autonomy, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize customer satisfaction and maximize global business success.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the global FMCG sector.
Manage, scale, and nurture strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
Analyze market trends to develop data-driven sales strategies and compelling pitch presentations.
Negotiate commercial contracts to maximize profitability and ensure long-term partnerships.
Utilize CRM tools to effectively track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast revenue.
Qualifications
Sales Expertise: Strong command of sales strategies, contract negotiation, and modern relationship management techniques.
Market Acumen: Proven experience in market analysis, lead generation, and executing strategic sales plans.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and sales enablement tools to track and optimize performance.
Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to thrive independently in a remote environment and consistently hit targets under deadlines.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in the FMCG industry, with a solid understanding of global distribution and supply chain logistics, is highly preferred.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
