The Key Account Manager (KAM) in Urology will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics within the urology sector. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, focusing on building long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Location: United Kingdom Main Responsibilities Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), urologists, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Create and implement effective account plans that align with company objectives while addressing the unique challenges of each key account. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the urology field to inform sales strategies. Effectively communicate the value proposition of urology products through presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions tailored to healthcare professionals. Monitor sales performance against targets; analyse data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. Profile Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business or related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales or account management within the urology or medical device industry is required. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
