Job Description • Oversee testing and validation of website tracking implementations following deployment by the Design Team • Verify and monitor tracking functionality across Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, landing pages, and website conversion points • Ensure tracking tags, events, and integrations are recording data accurately and consistently across all connected platforms • Validate form submission tracking, click-to-call tracking, conversion events, and lead attribution functionality • Monitor website and campaign performance data to identify inconsistencies, tracking issues, or reporting discrepancies • Prepare and deliver monthly analytics and performance reports directly to clients • Report on key metrics including website traffic, conversion activity, campaign spend, cost per conversion, and lead-generation trends • Maintain documentation of implemented tracking events, platform integrations, reporting benchmarks, and analytics configurations • Coordinate internally with relevant teams to resolve tracking failures, implementation issues, or reporting inaccuracies • Support ongoing data accuracy and performance visibility across client campaigns and websites Must Haves • Previous experience in a digital analytics, tracking, or reporting-focused role • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and event tracking configuration • Experience with Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel event validation • Knowledge of website conversion tracking, landing page tracking, and attribution reporting • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and tracking implementation processes • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and communicate tracking discrepancies or data inconsistencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Experience preparing client-facing analytics and performance reports • Strong written communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams Home Office Requirements Please only apply for this role if you have the following home office requirements: · Perfectly working headset and webcam · Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises · A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift Only applicants meeting the strict criteria above will be contacted.
