Inficore Soft is looking for HR Interns who are interested in recruitment, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and people operations. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to modern hiring practices, candidate coordination, and HR administration while working in a structured remote environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time Internship

Work Mode: Remote

Internship Duration: 1–3 Months

Monthly Stipend: ₹15,800

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in sourcing and reviewing candidate applications

* Support interview scheduling and recruitment coordination activities

* Maintain applicant records and hiring documentation

* Communicate with candidates regarding recruitment updates

* Assist with onboarding documentation and HR administrative tasks

* Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives

* Help prepare HR reports and maintain organized records

Eligibility:

* Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline

* Interest in recruitment and people management

* Comfortable working in a remote and collaborative environment

* Eagerness to learn professional HR practices

Preferred Qualifications:

* Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

* Academic projects related to HR or organizational management

* Exposure to applicant tracking systems is an added advantage
