Job Description This is a remote position. Job Summary As the Human Resources Operations Intern, you will assist in the development, creation and distribution of positive brand messaging, training and development, improving workflow automation for our Human Resource Information systems, and Improving employee & labor relations activities. Duties & Responsibilities: Updating company databases with new employees’ information. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms. Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled. Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates. Coordinating new hire orientations. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. Perform data and analytics reporting to help measure marketing impact. Build Manager and employee journey's according to life events, demographic, and psychographic data. Collect and compile feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management. Lead annual business planning and budget management for HR. Lead cross-functional employee-centric processes across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT including deployment of workforce training, automation of employee records, and other process improvements Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Experience working in a virtual environment. Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. The ability to work as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Detail-oriented. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
