Overview We are seeking a motivated Operations Intern to join our Maryland team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting our operational team. The preceptor will offer diverse learning experiences based on departmental priorities and initiatives as well as individual interests. Job Highlights ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : ( The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation) Provides administrative support for clinical and non-clinical leadership. Assists with administrative tasks, data entry, and analysis, as well as document management. Supports the scheduling and coordination of meetings and events. Collaborates with team members on various projects and initiatives. Assists in preparing reports and presentations as needed. Participates in team meetings and contributes ideas for process improvements. Assists with special projects as requested relating to practice growth and development. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs): Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program related to healthcare administration, business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
