In this leadership role, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, develop innovative hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process that attracts top-tier candidates aligned with our company culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing mentorship and support to ensure high performance. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet company hiring goals. Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify staffing needs and role requirements. Oversee sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process. Utilize applicant tracking systems and data analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks. Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness to potential candidates. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
