A fast-growing US-based affiliate marketing startup is looking for an experienced operations leader to join as its first dedicated Head of Operations - working hand-in-hand with the Founder to build the company's internal infrastructure from the ground up.

🏗️ The context

The business is scaling quickly. The ideas are there, the momentum is real - but the operational layer hasn't caught up yet. That's where you come in. You'll be the person who turns energy into systems, and vision into execution.

🚀 What the role involves

• Partnering directly with the Founder to translate strategy into structured, repeatable workflows
• Building the operational foundation: SOPs, CRM setup, reporting dashboards, internal documentation
• Owning accountability across the team - affiliates, sales reps, and contractors
• Spotting inefficiencies and fixing them before they become problems
• Running internal communication so the team operates predictably, not reactively
• Tracking execution and making sure things actually get done

🎯 What we're looking for

• 5+ years in operations, ideally inside a startup or high-growth environment
• Experience in performance marketing, or affiliate/lead-gen verticals
• Someone who has genuinely built processes from scratch - not inherited them
• A systems thinker, not a task manager
• Comfortable working directly with a founder in an unstructured, fast-moving setting
• Strong written and spoken English
• Bonus: experience scaling small teams, working with US companies, or understanding performance funnels
