Head of Product Operations (iGaming)

🌟 About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Head of Product Operations to orchestrate, optimize, and control the operational cycle of VBET’s product ecosystem across international regions.

You will act as the key operational driver and coordinator, bridging the gap between local regional needs, product marketing, and core software development. If you are a seasoned Head of Product or Product Operations Director with a strong background in delivery, business analysis, and B2C operational cycles, this is your opportunity to step up, tackle complex process challenges, and drive massive scale.

• Onboarding: Will take place on-site in Romania or Armenia
• Travel Requirements: Subsequent business trips to Armenia, Romania, and other core regions
• Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to effectively collaborate across diverse time zones (ranging from Brazil to Armenia)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Product Operations & Regional Governance

• Operational Control: Aggregate, monitor, and manage the daily operational lifecycle of the product across multiple regions
• Functional Leadership: Provide functional alignment and guidance to local regional product leads/CPOs, ensuring unified product operational standards
• Cross-Functional Integration: Oversee product marketing initiatives globally (loyalty programs, gamification, and operational product updates), building structured feedback loops with business teams

2. Delivery, Business Analysis & Vendor Management

• The Bridge to Software Development: Act as the core intermediary between regions and the software provider. Translate regional business requests into concrete, technically accurate product requirements and ensure seamless delivery of changes
• Process Architecture: Work directly with complex processes to streamline delivery speed-to-market

3. Key Strategic Projects in Focus

• Migration: Oversee the global migration process
• Experimentation: Drive the integration, adoption, and maximum scaling of A/B testing frameworks
• Data & Analytics: Elevate product analytics to a deep-insights level, leveraging VBET’s internal data platform

💼 Requirements & Qualifications

• Industry Background: Must-have extensive experience in iGaming. You must deeply understand how a live, high-traffic gaming product operates
• Profile & Experience: We are looking for a Head of Product, Product Operations Lead, or Deputy CPO who is seeking a career-defining challenge and room for growth. Experience simultaneously managing 3–4 complex, large-scale projects is essential
• Delivery & BA DNA: Strong practical skills in Product Delivery and Business Analysis. You know how to correctly frame, structure, and pass tasks to development teams
• Process Resilience: Proven experience working within complex corporate structures and managing heavy, rigid development/operational processes
• Stakeholder Alignment: Strong communication skills to navigate a remote matrix environment, align regional teams, and effectively coordinate with executive stakeholders
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English and Ukrainian/Russian is essential
