The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects from concept to launch,

ensuring smooth collaboration between teams, clear communication, and timely execution.

You will play a key role in managing new product development and product adaptations for

both local and international markets, helping turn ideas into successful launches.

Reports to: CMO / Team Lead

Location: Ukraine (Hybrid or Remote)

What You'll Be Doing

New Product Development & Launches

• Manage the development and launch of new products from initial concept through

commercialization.

• Coordinate product testing, cost calculations, packaging selection, artwork

development and approvals.

• Ensure logistics data and product specifications are aligned with the original brief

provided by the Brand Manager.

Market Adaptations

• Manage product adaptation projects for local markets.
• Coordinate packaging updates, artwork approvals, launch preparations, and

communication among all stakeholders involved.

Project Coordination

• Drive projects forward while maintaining alignment on timelines, priorities, and

deliverables across all teams.

• Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate effective cooperation between departments involved in product

development, including Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production,

Quality, and Sales.

Timeline & Risk Management

• Build and maintain detailed project plans.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and work with teams to

resolve them before they impact delivery.

Stakeholder Management

• Provide clear and regular project updates to internal teams and external partners.
• Facilitate decision-making by ensuring stakeholders have the information they need at

the right time.

Problem Solving

• Respond quickly to changes and unexpected challenges.
• Keep projects moving forward by finding practical and effective solutions.

Innovation Support

• Support the development of products for existing production capabilities as well as

projects that may require new technologies, processes, or external partnerships.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Brand Management, or a related

role.

• Experience in FMCG, food production, or packaging development will be a strong

advantage.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to successfully manage several projects in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in an environment with changing priorities and a degree of

ambiguity.

• Professional working proficiency in Ukrainian and English.
