Please note: Although the role is fully remote, the HQ is in Yorkshire and there are occasional ad-hoc office meetings, so preferably you will be based within an hour or two of Yorkshire.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Growth to join one of the UK’s leading Amazon agencies and help shape the next phase of its growth journey.
This isn’t just a sales leadership role. It’s about owning growth across the entire agency—leading new business strategy, driving revenue, shaping marketing direction, and influencing the future of the business at board level.
You will be a proven sales and marketing gitial agency leader that can demonstrate enterprise B2B sales. You’ll join a high-growth agency already delivering incredible results for ambitious brands on Amazon… with even bigger ambitions ahead.
🚀 The Opportunity
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work directly with the CEO and wider leadership team to drive commercial growth and scale the agency.
You’ll own the entire new business function—from strategy and forecasting through to pitches, proposals, pricing, and process improvement.
This role needs someone commercially sharp, entrepreneurial, and confident operating at senior level.
📈 What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Marketing Leadership
- Own and deliver the agency’s new business revenue targets 📊
- Lead and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Set objectives, track progress, and coach teams to success
- Oversee thought leadership, events, webinars, and reputation-building initiatives
- Shape and co-own the agency’s marketing strategy alongside leadership
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales reporting at all times
- Ensure CRM data, pipelines, and deal stages remain fully up to date
- Improve and document the sales process with clear KPIs and accountability
- Communicate new business performance and updates across the wider agency
Commercial Strategy & Growth
- Influence wider agency strategy based on customer insight and market trends
- Lead pricing conversations and shape commercial strategy 💰
- Recommend improvements across delivery, costing, and agency processes
- Maintain deep understanding of customer pain points and market developments
- Keep the agency informed on Amazon trends, competitor activity, and opportunities
Prospecting & New Business
- Guide and support outreach activity across the sales team
- Build strategic plans around high-value target accounts
- Drive thought leadership and outbound activity with senior stakeholders
- Set benchmarks and metrics for sales performance and conversion rates
Selling & Pitch Leadership
- Lead discovery calls and qualification processes with prospects
- Run high-level commercial conversations confidently
- Orchestrate pitches and proposals across the agency 🎯
- Ensure proposals are commercially strong, strategically sound, and delivered to a high standard
- Negotiate terms and commercial agreements with prospects
- Coach and support agency teams involved in the sales process
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior growth, commercial, or sales leadership role
- Background within a digital, ecommerce, or marketing agency
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth strategies
- Experience leading and developing commercial teams
- Strong understanding of B2B acquisition, lead generation, and go-to-market strategy
- Commercially astute with strong financial and forecasting ability
- Confident using data to drive decision-making and performance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
