Job Overview A growing financial education and digital media business is looking for a Malaysia-based Growth & Marketing Associate to support audience growth, digital campaigns, and content initiatives across Cantonese-speaking markets. The business focuses on investing and value investing education through online content, webinars, courses, and social media platforms. Location: Remote (Malaysia-Based) Key Responsibilities Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and related platforms Support lead generation and audience growth initiatives Assist with short-form content execution for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts Coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, and online course promotions Monitor campaign performance and provide optimisation recommendations Work closely with the founder and core team on growth and content initiatives Support ad hoc marketing and business growth projects when required Requirements Malaysia-based candidate Fluent Cantonese speaker is mandatory Able to read and write Traditional Chinese 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience (startup, agency, or in-house) Hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads Familiar with short-form content and social media trends Self-managed, proactive, and comfortable working independently Strong interest in investing, trading, finance, or personal finance related topics is highly preferred Able to travel to Hong Kong occasionally for shoots, meetings, and collaboration sessions Ideal Profile Enjoys ownership and execution Comfortable working in a lean and fast-moving environment Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and proactive Interested in long-term business growth rather than purely task-based work Compensation & Engagement RM7,000 – RM10,000 (depending on experience and engagement structure) Freelancer / contract-based arrangement Minimum 6-month commitment Flexible engagement structure can be discussed Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities available Working Arrangement Remote working arrangement with flexibility Direct exposure to founder-level decision-making and business growth initiatives Lean team structure with high autonomy and a collaborative working culture
