Nippybot is building autonomous delivery robots for last-mile logistics and is looking for a proactive Growth Manager to support the next phase of our growth.
This role will focus on identifying and developing opportunities that accelerate the company's growth through partnerships, pilot projects, innovation programmes, strategic collaborations, and commercial initiatives.
Responsibilities- Identify growth and partnership opportunities.
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Support pilot projects and commercial opportunities.
- Identify innovation programmes, accelerators, and collaborative projects.
- Assist with proposals, applications, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities and partnerships.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, innovation, growth, or startup ecosystems.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Passion for technology, robotics, innovation, or logistics is a plus.
