About The Role
This is not a traditional sales role.
As a Partner Growth Manager, your responsibility is to build and grow your own portfolio of business clients using the OpenLead platform.
You will be responsible for:
* Bringing new clients onto the platform
* Building strong client relationships
* Helping clients understand the OpenLead marketplace and additional services
* Selling qualified opportunities to installers and businesses
* Growing monthly client spend
* Supporting long-term account growth and retention
This is a highly entrepreneurial role with uncapped earning potential and recurring commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard new installer and business clients
* Manage relationships with your client portfolio
* Sell qualified opportunities through the OpenLead platform
* Help clients maximise return on investment
* Maintain regular communication with accounts
* Increase monthly client spend over time in line with RoI
* Support client retention and long-term growth
* Work closely with internal qualification teams
* Monitor lead demand and marketplace activity
* Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Targets & KPIs
Typical expectations include:
* Bringing on new active clients consistently
* Selling qualified opportunities daily
* Growing client account spend
* Maintaining strong client engagement and retention
Commission Structure
This role is commission only with uncapped earning potential.
As your client portfolio grows, your recurring monthly commission can scale significantly over time.
