Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Recruiter with strong expertise in US Staffing and global talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing and RPS sourcing, with the ability to identify, engage, and deliver top talent across multiple technologies and domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for US and global requirements across various technologies and domains.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, RPS sourcing, and other innovative sourcing channels to identify top talent.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
• Stay updated with market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in US Staffing and Global Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and RPS sourcing.
• Expertise in Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing.
• Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
• Strong understanding of US visa types and hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
