You step in as the senior marketing leader. You own the strategy, the budget, the team and the results. You will be embedded in the business, working closely with the founders and leadership team. Making decisions. Setting direction. Driving execution. This role is for someone who has done this before and does not need structure built around them. What You’ll Own End-to-end marketing strategy across all channels Budget planning, allocation and performance tracking against growth targets Oversight of all channels including paid, organic, CRM, SEO, partnerships and content Leadership of internal team and external agencies Product launches, campaign planning and execution Reporting into founders and senior stakeholders What You’ll Be Doing Set and execute a clear marketing strategy tied to commercial outcomes Bring structure and clarity across channels and teams Guide and support execution without losing speed Align marketing with product, operations and growth priorities Identify where to double down and where to cut What You Bring Senior marketing leadership experience in D2C or ecommerce Experience scaling brands at $25M+ revenue Strong commercial thinking across CAC, LTV and growth Comfortable leading teams and agencies Ability to operate in fast-moving, lean environments Confidence working closely with founders and making calls Why This Role True ownership at leadership level Flexible structure with real impact High-growth environment with momentum Opportunity to shape the next phase of the business Locations Sydney Remote status Hybrid Employment type Contract
