Job Description:

Our firm is seeking an experienced Fiserv DNA Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join the team. The selected candidate will be employed full-time by the firm, working exclusively on a dedicated, high-impact client engagement. This professional will serve as the primary link between business operations and core banking technology, leveraging deep Fiserv DNA platform expertise to gather requirements, conduct gap analyses, and manage functional configurations across core banking modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Management: Leading requirement gathering sessions with key client stakeholders, drafting comprehensive functional documentation, and conducting thorough gap analyses.
• DNA Functional Configuration: Translating complex business requirements into technical DNA configurations, specifically focusing on system variables and institution options.
• Core Module Optimization: Overseeing and advising on the optimization of core DNA modules, including Deposits, Loans, Member Relationships, Payments, Account Services, and Relational Pricing Packages.
• Testing & UAT: Owning the functional verification process by designing, executing, and managing system testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Acting as a dedicated technical liaison to client business units to streamline end-to-end banking operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working directly with the Fiserv DNA core banking platform.
• Core Banking Knowledge: Proven expertise in core banking operations, specifically lending, deposit structures, and relationship management workflows.
• Technical Competency: Strong familiarity with DNA Business and System tables, Institution Options, and System Variables.
• Analytical Capability: Exceptional skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and the ability to map complex operational workflows into system logic.
• Engagement Alignment: Ability to work full-time on a dedicated client assignment while maintaining alignment with the firm's delivery standards.
• Time & Location: 100% remote job with flexible availability to ensure some overlap (~2 hours) with California business hours to collaborate and work directly with US based teams
