We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Representative to grow customer relationships and drive in-market execution. Key Responsibilities Account Acquisition & Onboarding Territory Management & Revenue Growth Strategic Relationship Management Budtender Training & Incentives Promotions, Events & Portfolio Execution Merchandising & POST Placement Inventory Management & Sample Distribution Order Management, SKU Optimization & New Door Authorizations Compliance, Market Insights & Reporting Requirements 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods or retail. Cannabis sector knowledge is a plus, but not required. Must have reliable transportation with a clean driving record. Comfortable working independently in the field across a defined territory with regular travel. Skills Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines. Proficiency with tools like Outfield CRM, Leaflink, NABIS, Slack, Alpine IQ, and Asana. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
