Chef / Stewardess – Expedition Sailing Yacht Start Date: 1st July We are looking for a capable and adaptable Chef / Stew to join an Oyster 885 on an exceptional Southern Ocean programme. Starting in Puerto Montt, Chile , the yacht will soon depart for an extended expedition through Patagonia, Antarctica, South Georgia and beyond . This role suits someone who thrives at sea, delivering consistently high standards in a dynamic sailing environment. The Role: Prepare high-quality meals both on passage and at anchor Manage provisioning for remote operations Maintain excellent interior standards Support the team with a flexible, positive approach The Programme: Southern Ocean expedition (2026–2027) Remote cruising and expedition-style operations Future Pacific programme centred on diving Package: Competitive salary (DOE) MLC contract 3-year programme commitment 3 months paid leave annually Attractive bonus structure An exciting opportunity to take your skills beyond a traditional galley role.
