What You'll Be Doing
- Managing tenant relationships, communications, and lease agreements.
- Coordinating property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Screening and on-boarding new tenants.
- Handling rent collection, arrears follow-up, and financial reporting.
- Ensuring properties are compliant with local rental regulations.
- Liaising with property owners and providing regular performance updates.
- Managing listings across platforms and minimizing vacancy periods.
What We're Looking for
- Proven experience in property management (MTR/LTR preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with property management tools (Buildium, AppFolio, or similar).
- Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solver with a tenant-first mindset.
- Experience with lease agreements and tenancy laws is a plus.
