Job Description This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote role helps scale search execution by improving coordination, documentation quality, and communication cadence across consultants, candidates, and clients. Key Responsibilities • Maintain meeting cadence and ensure decisions and next steps are documented • Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and follow-up notes with clear action tracking • Support process improvements for scheduling, document control, and executive workflows • Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and travel coordination (as needed) • Maintain confidential records, contracts, and correspondence in shared systems • Coordinate candidate and client interviews with discretion and precision Requirements • 5+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally in consulting, professional services, or recruitment • Advanced calendar management and executive-level coordination capability • Proficiency with office productivity tools and executive document formatting standards • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management Benefits • Salary range: 460,000 - 600,000 • Remote work arrangement (South Africa) • Opportunities for professional growth • Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. • Open communication environment. • Full medical coverage.
