You will work on a one-to-one basis on various tasks related to each executive’s working life and communication. Responsibilities Act as the point of contact between each executive and internal/external clientsManage each executive's projects timelinesUndertake unsupervised research using ChatGPT or other similar toolsUndertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondenceHandle requests and queries appropriatelyMaintain a diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide remindersMake travel arrangementsTake dictation and minutes and accurately enter dataProduce reports, presentations and briefsDevelop and maintain an efficient electronic documentation and filing systemKeep the virtual office running efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or senior executive assistantFull comprehension of office management systems and proceduresFunctional laptop with steady Internet accessFunctional knowledge of ChatGPTExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent knowledge of SaaS productsProficiency in EnglishAged under 35Exemplary planning and time management skillsUp-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applicationsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadHigh-level verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion and confidentialityMin HND; Previous experience as a personal assistant would be considered an advantageMust have, or be able to acquire, a valid Nigerian passportWhile the job is mainly remote, occasional visits to locations in Lagos will be required.
