Predmakit is looking for a resilient, agile, and sharp Operations Manager to run the engine of our platform. In a fast-growing startup, things move quickly—we need someone who can wear multiple hats, make critical decisions under pressure, and deeply understand how Nigerian users think and behave.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Management: Efficiently create, manage, and accurately resolve prediction/betting markets on the platform.

• User Support & Inquiry Resolution: Act as the voice of the platform to handle and resolve user inquiries, complaints, and escalations quickly and professionally.

• Daily Ground Operations: Oversee the day-to-day workflows to ensure the platform runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently 24/7.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with product, tech, and marketing teams to share user feedback and ensure seamless overall operations.

• Risk & Quality Control: Monitor user patterns, detect fraudulent behaviors, and ensure high operational integrity.

• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle other strategic or operational tasks as the need arises—being a startup, flexibility is key!

Requirements & Experience

• Industry Experience: Must have proven experience working within the Betting, Gaming, Prediction, or Sweepstakes sectors.

• Startup Mindset: Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with a demonstrated ability to "wear multiple hats" and self-manage.

• User Psychology: A deep, intuitive understanding of Nigerian user behavior, preferences, and expectations in the gaming/prediction space.

• Analytical & Sharp: High attention to detail (crucial for creating and resolving markets without errors) and strong problem-solving skills.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for handling user inquiries and collaborating with remote teams.

• Tools & Infrastructure: Must possess a reliable laptop, a smartphone, and a rock-solid backup power/internet solution to maintain seamless uptime.

What We Offer

• Monthly Pay: ₦100,000 – ₦140,000 monthly, tailored to your experience.
