Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to lead high-impact sales engagements with large enterprises. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise IT needs and the ability to map our digital solutions to solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development and revenue growth through strategic enterprise accounts. Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise-level clients across verticals (Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.). Understand client business needs and position Pentoz’s services as solutions. Lead complex sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification to proposal and negotiation. Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and value alignment. Prepare RFPs, proposals, and customized presentations for client stakeholders. Negotiate and close large-scale deals with CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product/service development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise B2B sales in IT services or SaaS. Deep understanding of enterprise software, cloud, AI, digital transformation , and consulting services. Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals ($100K+). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong network of enterprise contacts and decision-makers. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.). Willingness to travel for client meetings or events (as required). Nice to Have: Experience selling in international markets (US, UK, Middle East, or APAC). Domain knowledge in verticals like BFSI, Healthcare, Logistics, or Retail. Background in working with tech startups, scaleups, or digital agencies.
