Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team focusing on IT solutions and managed services. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in IT solutions and managed services. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprises and mid-market clients. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align offerings with market needs. Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Represent Pentoz Technology at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5–8 years of proven sales experience in IT solutions, managed services, or technology consulting. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team. Deep understanding of IT services such as Cloud, Managed Services, Security, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to close large deals and build long-lasting client relationships. Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred: Experience selling to industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail. Background in enterprise sales or channel partner management. Exposure to international markets.
