Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a DTC Retention Specialist. The DTC Retention Specialist will manage and optimise customer retention programs for multiple ecommerce clients, with a focus on email and lifecycle marketing.
Day-to-day responsibilities include analysing customer behaviour and retention metrics, segmenting audiences, and assisting in the planning of campaigns and journeys that drive repeat purchases. The role involves collaborating with internal team members and clients to align retention initiatives with brand goals and customer needs. The specialist will also track performance, report on key KPIs, and recommend ongoing improvements based on data and feedback.
