🚀 We’re Hiring: DSA Enthusiast / DSA Teaching Assistant (Remote)

📍 AlgoAscend – SaaS Accelerator for Future Builders

We are looking for passionate DSA enthusiasts to join AlgoAscend and support our fast-growing mentorship program designed for CS/IT/Data Science students building real-world SaaS applications with AI integration and cloud deployment.

This is a remote role focused on online student guidance and mentoring support.

💡 Role Overview

As a DSA Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our DSA mentor to ensure students develop strong problem-solving discipline and coding fundamentals through daily structured practice.

You will help students transition from basic thinking → brute force → optimized solutions, while ensuring strong coding discipline and consistency.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the DSA mentor in daily tracking and follow-up of assignment completion
• Ensure students independently attempt problems without external AI assistance (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Review assignments and evaluate:
• Logical thinking approach
• Brute force implementation
• Optimized solution development
• Code correctness and syntax
• Conduct structured follow-ups after every mentor-led session
• Assign and manage unique coding problems for each student daily
• Identify struggling students and guide them step-by-step in logic building and implementation
• Maintain discipline, consistency, and learning accountability across the batch
