Director of Operations

Agency Operations Director (Remote) - LATAM will be prefferd

We are seeking an experienced Agency Operations Director to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of a growing marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee agency operations, processes, and team performance
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure efficient project delivery
• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational systems
• Monitor KPIs, team capacity, and overall operational efficiency
• Support leadership in scaling the organization and driving accountability
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in agency operations leadership
• Strong team management and organizational skills
• Experience building and improving operational processes
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI and business automation tools
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience
• EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience
• Background as a Director of Operations, Head of Operations, VP Operations, or similar leadership role

Compensation:

$2,500–$3,500/month (depending on experience)
