Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Marketghost. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, coordinating content for web and social platforms, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports using analytics tools. The role involves collaborating with strategy, design, and content teams to align campaigns with client goals, target audiences, and brand positioning. The Digital Marketing Executive will also contribute to market and competitor research, testing new growth tactics, and refining marketing funnels to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Marketing, including digital and performance marketing concepts, funnels, and campaign management.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present insights, and create clear briefs for content and design.
• Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and basic social ad management.
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing for landing pages, ads, emails, and social posts with a focus on clarity, brand voice, and conversion.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, ad managers) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, basic SEO principles, and A/B testing is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
