What You'll Do Digital Marketing & Advertising Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns. Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Support Google Ads planning and optimisation. Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI. Generate leads and support customer acquisition initiatives. Social Media Management Manage and grow Ztayo's social media presence. Create content calendars and campaign plans. Develop engaging content aligned with our brand voice. Monitor engagement and interact with our audience. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices. Content Creation & Storytelling Create content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns. Write compelling travel, property, and promotional content. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. Influencer & Partnership Marketing Identify and collaborate with travel influencers and content creators. Execute influencer campaigns and promotional partnerships. Build relationships with community groups and marketing partners. Explore innovative partnership opportunities to increase visibility. Property Marketing Support Visit partner properties when required. Coordinate photography, videography, and content collection. Showcase unique property experiences through marketing campaigns. Work closely with hospitality partners on promotional activities. Analytics & Performance Reporting Track campaign performance and engagement metrics. Prepare marketing reports and insights. Identify growth opportunities through data analysis. Support data-driven marketing decisions. Brand Building & Growth Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand awareness. Support events, promotions, and special marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth projects. Help strengthen Ztayo's presence in the travel and hospitality industry. Requirements Essential Skills ✔ 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or related roles ✔ Experience with Meta Ads Manager ✔ Understanding of Google Ads ✔ Strong content writing and copywriting skills ✔ Canva or similar design tool experience ✔ Social media management experience ✔ Knowledge of SEO fundamentals ✔ Familiarity with influencer marketing ✔ Excellent communication skills ✔ Ability to work independently in a startup environment ✔ Strong organization and multitasking skills Bonus Skills ⭐ Travel, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industry experience ⭐ Email marketing and WhatsApp marketing experience ⭐ Photography, videography, or content creation skills ⭐ Experience with marketing analytics tools Whom We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Loves travel, hospitality, and digital marketing.
