About the Role
To support an expanding customer base, our client is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role focuses on supporting a growing network of cities, counties, and economic development organizations (EDOs). You will work closely with government and community leaders to maximize the value they receive from the platform—guiding them through onboarding, resolving inquiries, developing knowledge base resources, and facilitating educational webinars to ensure long-term partner success.
