Role Description

We are looking for a Remote Business Development Executive to help us bring in new clients and business opportunities.

This is a fully remote, commission-based role with flexible working hours. There is no salary. No fixed monthly payment. Commission is paid only on successfully closed and paid deals. If a deal does not close, no commission is earned.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, starting conversations, generating qualified opportunities, and handing warm prospects to our team for closing.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, cold email, referrals, and outbound outreach.

Generate qualified business opportunities for Dewon Studio services.

Schedule meetings with serious decision-makers and business owners.

Understand client pain points and position our services as the solution.

Maintain relationships with prospects and follow up consistently.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English.

Prior experience in sales, outreach, or client acquisition preferred.

Self-motivated and comfortable working without supervision.

Result-driven mindset with strong follow-up ability.

Basic understanding of digital services or agency business is a plus.

This is a commission-only opportunity. There is zero base salary. Commission is paid on successfully closed and paid projects only. Booking a meeting does not qualify for commission.
